1) To start, deal the deck of cards equally between all players. All cards must be face down in each player’s pile.

2) The dealer begins the game by turning his/her/their first card over. If the player names the card correctly (without any hesitation or miswording), then the card is placed in the centre, and it is the next player’s turn, working clockwise.

3) The first player to unsuccessfully name their card, must drink as many sips of their drink as there are cards in the middle.

4) The player must also then collect all cards, and add to the bottom of their pile, and it’s the next person’s go.

5) The first player to get rid of their cards wins the game.

*This is one of our favourite drinking games, but can of course be played and enjoyed without alcohol (it’s definitely a lot easier to play when sober!), so please remember to drink responsibly.
